Once your tickets have been sold, you have transferred all rights to your seats for the event. If the event has been cancelled or rescheduled, the person who bought your tickets may be eligible for a refund. The venue’s normal policies for rescheduling and cancellations apply.Tickets for events that have already occured, or tickets that do not have barcodes or are designated ineligible by the DSM, may not be valid for posting on the Dallas Summer Musicals TicketExchange.
