What happens if the flight is delayed or canceled due to weather problems?
Safety is our primary concern. Therefore, the pilots will determine if a flight is to be diverted, delayed, or canceled due to weather. If the plane is diverted to an alternate airport due to weather, the pilot will determine if it is possible to wait for the weather to clear and resume the flight. It’s possible the weather may not clear. In which case, the flight will terminate at the alternate airport. If the flight terminates at the alternate airport, Jetworks will work with you to arrange for alternative transportation to the destination airport.

If the plane is diverted to an alternate airport due to weather, the pilot will determine if it is possible to wait for the weather to clear and resume the flight. If any delay results in additional charges by the operator, the passengers will be billed for their pro rata share of the additional expenses. If the flight is canceled prior to departure due to weather, all members will be refunded their money.
