What happens if there’s a disagreement between the joint account holders?
One or both of you should contact us in writing. From the date we receive and acknowledge the correspondence, anything to do with your account has to be authorised by both account holders. We may have to change the way you can use your account, and we may need more information and documents from you. Please note that we may make information about a joint account available to both account holders by telephone, letter or electronically.
