Well, I'm not entirely sure with you, as I've never had a Topshop interview myself, however my cousin has. Apparently, he did the typical questions and answers with them (educations, previous employment etc), and a range of other activities, like role play. He had to create an outfit using the current fashions from the store, and explain his choices. He also said he went on the till for a bit, and interacted with customers. So I can understand the whole hour and a half time. :) Good luck, getting a job a topshop is fantastic, as its a highly respected retail establishment! :D I'm sure you will be fantastic, as the percentage of people that get interviews in Topshop, or any other high street shop, is tiny! They must have been impressed with your CV, and seen something in you to consider you for an interview. Remember to be confident, and don't let nerves get the better of you. :) Good luck, again.
