What happens to email messages after the Email Defense Solution (EDS) determines them to be spam?
• If you choose the Reject Spam option, the EDS passes only messages matching your whitelist entries and email messages that have a low probability of being spam. Choosing this option means you will no longer see most of your spam email messages. • If you have chosen the option Mark as [SPAM] and Deliver, the EDS denies email messages it determines to have a high probability of being spam. If the EDS determines that the email message has a medium probability of being spam, it marks the subject line of the email message with the word [SPAM] and delivers it to you. The EDS passes the rest of the messages to you. • If you have chosen the option Disable Spam Filtering, the EDS passes all messages not on the blacklist to you, without any other spam filtering.
