What happens to my Health Savings Account if I leave the Consumer Driven Health Option or my job at JPMorgan Chase?
You own your account, so you keep your Health Savings Account, even if you change health plans or jobs. Aetna can continue to administer your Health Savings Account if you choose. If you are no longer enrolled in a high-deductible health insurance plan, you are not eligible to make new contributions to your Health Savings Account, but you do not lose your balance and you can continue to withdraw funds for qualified expenses.
