What happens to my WOWPoints balance if I make a return?
If you make a return on a purchase for which you’ve earned WOWPoints, we will deduct the value of your return from your WOWPoints balance. For instance, if you were to make a purchase of $100 earning 10x WOWPoints, your statement balance would show an earn total of 1,000 WOWPoints that are pending. If you were to return $10 of the merchandise you purchased, 100 WOWPoints ($10 multiplied by 10x WOWPoints) would be deducted from your statement balance.
