What happens to the blinds when someone due to post a blind gets knocked out?
If the player due to post the SB gets knocked out, then on the next hand there will only be a BB posted. Every player must play a BB. If the player due to post the BB gets knocked out, then the BB advances to the next player at the table. What happens to the blinds when we get down to two players/heads-up play? When two players remain, the player due to assume the BB will do so, and the SB will inherit the button. (Whoever is the dealer will be the SB. This is done because the dealer always has the advantage.
