What happens to the CCRC if external factors (and assumptions) change? Do we still have time to alter our plans?
The development process is structured to include key milestones and checkpoints, such that Federation and project team will have the opportunity to make changes to the planned CCRC to react to market conditions, and regulatory constraints, throughout the development process. The most important time to maintain flexibility in the CCRC planning is prior to long-term financing, during which time the project team is designing the community, negotiating a GMP contract, marketing the CCRC and applying for required regulatory approvals.
