When you call (617) 742-0625 Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m. or submit a referral request online, you will speak with trained intake staff experienced in analyzing potential legal problems. These intake staff members are not attorneys, but are trained to help you decide if you need one or if other assistance is appropriate Our staff will consider your specific legal problem, as well as your location and language requirements in order to make the most appropriate and convenient referral possible. To enable our staff to provide the proper assistance, please be prepared to explain the basic elements of your legal problem and have a pen and paper handy. You will be referred to an attorney who has met established standards of professional experience in the area, or areas, of law that relate to your legal matter.  more
