What happens when its windy or rains?
As our castles are anchored firmly they can operate on a breezy day, however if the winds are too strong we may be forced to cancel your hire (although this only happens on rare occasions). All of our castles come with a permanent cover to protect the user from both sun and rain. In the event of strong winds or rain, we reserve the right to cancel the booking if we feel safety will be compromised. We also warn that rain can still enter the castle if blown in by the wind and this may make the jumping surface slippery. If this happens, we suggest an indoor game until the rain shower passes, then once the rain passes hand each child a towel and they can have fun drying off the castle surface before continuing jumping.
