The vendor’s technician will conduct an inspection, raise a quote for the necessary repairs and email the quote back to the school for their attention. A copy of the quote will be sent to the Computers for Teachers team, who in turn will send the school a Claim for Reimbursement – Non-warranty damage form if the quote is for more than $250. After the repairs have been completed the vendor will invoice the school. When the invoice has been paid, the school should submit their Claim for Reimbursement – Non-warranty damage form along with proof of invoice payment to the Computers for Teachers team.
