The deadline to complete the OBC is December 2005. Once it is completed, it will be presented to the Strategic Health Authority (SHA) and local Primary Care Trusts (PCT’s). Once approved by the SHA/PCT’s, and after a period of consultation with local people, it will be submitted to the Government and we expect to wait around 3 or 4 months for approval to go ahead to the next stage.
