What Happens When The Post Office Changes Its Postal Rates?

Neopost will automatically send our customers who have scales a letter advising of the forthcoming rate changes. We send our customers a Rate Chip a few days before the changes are due to take place. The customer has the option to refuse the chip, as some customers only use basic rates, i.e 1st and 2nd class inland mail, and some changes only affect Airmail for example. Each customer received one rate chip free, per contractual year (excluding AutoStamp/AutoStamp and Autostamp Pro/AutoStamp PRO), otherwise they are chargeable.
