What happens when there are not enough cards left in the deck to carry out BRAINSTORM (集中)?
Cards go the Resolution area when BRAINSTORM (集中) is carried out. Thus you would refresh the deck when it runs out. Subsequently, continue to carry out Brainstorm (集中). After that, cards in the resolution area would move to the Waiting Room, and the effect(s) would be carried out. Lastly, due to the deck being refreshed, one card from the deck would be placed into the clock slot.
