As far as real property goes, if the two siblings who are claiming the property try to sell it, there will have to be a title search done. Hopefully the attorney who does that title search will do it properly and not certify title without determining who all the heirs are. If they do manage to sell the property and the other heirs find out about it after the fact, depending on the jurisdiction they probably have the right to either 1) sue the heirs who sold for part of the proceeds or 2) bring a partition against the buyers, because they only bought whatever interest the two siblings had to convey and the other heirs still own their interest.
