What has been the experiences to date with leagues that use the UBL format?
As with anything new there are always questions and people who don’t understand, however, with the UBL league format the majority of participants say they find it does make the league more fun, fair, exciting and competitive for more of the league participants. Some higher average teams resist the format because their mathematical advantage assured by the traditional league format is somewhat lessened in the divisional format. Almost all say, if the league bowls a couple of seasons using this format, it will never go back to the old one.
