What have the gods got against the birth canal?
Don’t compare the Christian God with mythical gods. They have absolutely nothing to do with each other. Jesus was born of a Virgin because he was both human and God, an incarnation of God as man. He had to have a human mother to ensure that he was fully human and related to all other humans. He had to have a supernatural Father because He was fully God. So he could not have both a human mother and human father. It has nothing whatsoever to do with the birth canal, menstruation, the sex act or anything else. As for the pious hypocrites remark; how often do people have to explain things like this to ignoramuses who take a delight in throwing brickbats at Christianity when they either know absolutely nothing about Christianity, or deliberately and vindictively misrepresent it?
