What health conditions are covered under Subtitle B of The Act?
Cancers, beryllium disease, and silicosis are covered under Subtitle B. Please Note: NIOSH only conducts occupational radiation dose reconstructions for certain workers with cancers who filed claims for compensation under Subtitle B of The Act.
