What helps relieve eye lid irritation?
Baby shampoo and warm water. Frequency of treatment depends on the severity. Once a day or every other usually does the trick. Use baby shampoo at full strength directly on the eyelids for a few minutes. Wash with clean water. Many PWPSP do not blink enough and may have dry eyes. Use artificial tears to substitute for the tear ducts that are not producing enough. You can obtain these as drops, or as gel in a tube, which lasts longer.
