My most highly recommend way of finding inner calm is Byron Katie. If you are feeling stressed or having any negative thoughts that are getting you down, try Byron Katie’s “The Work” – this is a great self-dialogue to help you work through anything that is bothering you. She is on youtube or on her website. It’s a free method. If you get panic attacks, try the free emails from the panicaway website.
