The only system proven to work with the Carrier Comfort Zone II is Crestron. Why does the user interface not recognize the 3rd zone when using the Comfort Zone II? The default address for the user interface is 1, and the smart sensor is 2. The third zone needs to be addressed to zone 3 and so forth. To change the address on the 3rd smart sensor, press and hold the out button for 10 seconds. Then a 2 digit number “02” will be flashing.
