Simply write customer service at CS@immhc.com. We guarantee our DVDs to be free from defects for up to one year from time of purchase. You may send us the defective DVD and we will replace it immediately. If you prefer, we can send you one immediately, but we will require a credit card number. We will use the number for a $50 deposit until we receive the defective DVD.
