What if a strand goes out?
Holiday Sparkles will replace the strand free of charge. Individual bulbs are not covered. Simply call us at 214-432-0760 to schedule a lighting specialist to come out to fix/replace the malfunctioning strand. We are not responsible for damaged items due to rain, snow, wind, acts of nature, unnatural causes or breakage due to neglect. If it is raining or snowing, or precipitation is in the forecast, please turn off and unplug all your Christmas lights. Leaving lights on during precipitation can cause the lights to short circuit and go out.
