Adobe will provide an alternate method of downloading Adobe Reader and Adobe Flash Player, usually a hyperlink from the primary download page. For those with supported operating systems/browsers that are having difficulty using the Adobe Download Manager, an alternate hyperlink is provided on the “thank you” page.
