The student must reset the password if an authorized payer loses or forgets his/her password. The student will click the Reset Password from within the authorized payer’s section of QuikPAY. A randomly generated password will be e-mailed to the primary e-mail address on the authorized payer’s account. The student will not have access to the new password.
