What if an ODB recipient withdraws consent and then changes their mind?
The ODB recipient will need to submit a Consent Reinstatement Form to the Ministry. This is necessary in cases where an ODB recipient has totally or partially withdrawn consent and then later wishes to provide consent. ODB recipients’ may also be able to temporarily reinstate consent while seeking treatment at an emergency department.
