In order to insure delivery, We will call recipient by phone to set up a time for delivery and verify the address. We will leave items only if recipient or sender give permission. We require recipient phone number on every order. We will do everything possible to accomodate a delivery time you have requested. However we can not guarantee a time of delivery.
