A. If a student forgets their User Id or password, or loses the confirmation email, call us toll free at 1-888-844-6520 or send an email to helpdesk@sharpthinkers.com. One of our technical support representatives will look into the matter. Each educator will receive a master list of all students that register. This list will include student User Ids and passwords.
