What if I get an error message while interacting with myb@nk?
If there is anything myb@nk cannot process, an error message with a description of the problem will be displayed. In most cases the problem can be fixed by following the instructions in the error message. Most errors will allow you to return to the previous page or give you the option to try again. Common errors include Incorrectly entering your User Code or Password; or trying to view an account which you have not added to.
