According to the laws in Jordan, you must abide by the terms of the agreement. This means that either it is written in the agreement that the amount is refundable, or the Lessor agrees to grant you a refund regardless of whether it is in the agreement or not – otherwise, you can vacate the property and terminate the agreement but you will not be able to claim a refund. If, however, your status in Jordan is as a Diplomat, then the refund policy is automatically applied.
