What if I need work done to my jewelry item after the initial 30 day Size and Satisfaction Guarantee?
We completely stand behind our excellent workmanship; regarding Sterling Silver items, beyond 30 days from date of shipment and within one year, we will repair your item at no charge and ship it back to you at no charge. If at any time your Sterling Silver item is not repairable, we will gladly make you a brand new item for a flat fee of $50.00 plus return shipping. The new item will have a one-year limited warranty, just as if it were new. For Sterling Silver items requiring service one year or more from the original shipment date, we will remake the item for a flat fee of $50.00 plus return shipping. If you choose not to have your Sterling Silver item remade, but repaired, there will be a flat fee of $25.00 plus return shipping. Repairs made beyond one year from date of purchase will not be warranted, but we will happily remake the item for the stated flat fee of $50 plus return shipping.
