What if I receive a faulty DVD from AirwindZERO?
In the event that an item purchased from AirwindZERO is defective, we will exchange the disc under the manufacturer’s warranty for a copy of the same title. Proof of purchase is mandatory, and discs will be exchanged only. Let us know if there are any scratches or signs of physical damage on the disc. If there aren’t any, try the disc on a different player, including (if possible) a computer equipped with a DVD-ROM. If this does not solve the problem, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement solution for you.
