One of the security improvements included with Service Pack 2 is a new pop-up blocker for Internet Explorer. There should be an “information bar” under the address bar (Internet Explorer), which allows you to set it to “always allow pop-ups from this Site.” We recommend doing that. Another work-around is to hold down the “CTRL” key and click Extract Data at the same time. Then when the Save or View window comes up, Hold down the “CTRL” key and make your choice.
