What if I want to have my pet boarded but dont have the time to come beforehand for an interview?
Interviews are mandatory for all of our canine guests. If you believe that your pet will have no problem passing the interview you may schedule the interview on the same day that you would like to have him/her boarded. However, please understand that if we determine that your pet would not fit well with the Kikis environment, or if we determine that your pet needs to return for further evaluation, your pet will not be allowed to stay. We strongly advise that you schedule interviews in advance of the day that you require our services.
