What if Im unhappy with the amount of my cash for gold settlement?
If you chose to be paid by company check, you will have 5 days from the date on the check to notify us by email or telephone that you wish to decline the settlement and return the check. When your un-cashed check is received, we will return your items. CashX-PRESS will ship your items back to you via the FedEx shipping method of our choosing, but will only insure the package for the cash value of your settlement.
