Newly created departments will need to identify a lead area which will consolidate Corporate Procurement Plans (CPP) and performance measures targets and results on behalf of the agency for approval by the Accountable Officer. It may be that the agency chooses, from a practical point of view, to develop CPPs under the pre-MoG structures pending the integration of the business operations of the new agency. If so, they will need to be amalgamated, possibly at the Executive Summary level, but could include elements of the Workbooks to give a whole-of-agency plan.
