What if my health care provider requires my child to be a full-time student for heath insurance eligibility?
It depends on your health care provider and what they consider to be a full-time student. If all they require is they are in class for 12 hours or more a week, then Joshua meets the requirement. If they require the school or institution to be accredited and/or registered with the state of California as an educational facility, then unfortunately Joshua does not meet those standards.
