What if someone sends a parcel or other unscannable mail to my Online Mailbox address?

When we receive non-scannable mail we scan the outside of the mailpiece and send it to the recipient with a note that we were not able to scan it. This part of the service is included with your account. From that point onwards it is treated just like all the other scannable mail. The customer may do nothing and it will be discarded in 90 days or request that it is forwarded to a different address. We charge $4.95 to cover our costs for retrieval and preparation. The actual cost of delivery (either FedEx ground or FedEx express) is also charged. The customer can manage all of this from their online document repository.
