What if students don’t have the money to pay their fees by the last day to pay fees without a late fee?
UC Davis is dedicated to helping students with fee payment challenges and has identified several options for students needing financial assistance. Deferred Payment Plan (DPP). This plan enables students to pay their fees over a quarter. Students must apply for the plan by the fee payment deadline and, for a small fee, can then pay fees on a monthly payment plan set up quarterly or annually. Students can sign up online using SISWeb (http://sisweb.ucdavis.edu). Emergency Loan Program. The Financial Aid Office offers an emergency short-term loan program (http://financialaid.ucdavis.edu/undergraduate/types/STL.html) for students who have an emergency that affects their ability to pay fees. Financial Aid Office advisors are available to meet with students to find financial options that help them accomplish their education goals. The campus understands that situations change quickly, and we strive to provide a service to students in challenging financial situations.
