If your job is the one stalling the print queue, please remove it using lprm. If the print queue is being stalled by someone else’s job, type olc at the Athena prompt to reach a consultant who will be able to clear the queue. Another option is to send a zephyr to the consultants using zwrite -i printadm and ask them to clear the queue for you.
