Street lights are owned and maintained by Oncor. Residents are encouraged to call (972) 721-2646 to report any problems, or damaged street lights. All reports are faxed daily to Oncor who requests 15 working days to repair. If you wish to request a new streetlight installation, call the Transportation Department at (972) 721-2646 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Residents can report street light outages directly to Oncor at 1-888-313-4747.
