What if you have ectopic pregnancy symptoms but the pregnancy test shoes negative?
because you were late starting your period could be why your cramping bad especially if you’ve had a significant loss or gain in your weight. you should however get checked. im going through similar situation but my period was supposed to start the 28th of last month and still hasnt started ive taken approx. 8 pregnancy tests 2 of which were at a free clinic and they are all negative but no show on my period and i have the symptoms of an ectopic pregnancy i get really dizzy, abdominal pain so im thinking i am but you should just get it checked out most likely your not if your period is normal late yet still normal its the spotting you should watch out for good luck!
