What incentives are being provided to encourage teachers to pursue the Master Educator license?
The incentives are that it is a ten-year license and that school districts may bargain to change their salary schedules to compensate those with the Master Educator license. In addition, the National Board certification is still an option and it currently includes a stipend. Further, and most importantly, we strongly believe that through the process of attaining the Master Educator license, Educators will grow and become more effective and valuable to their school district and community.
