What incentives does the party host/hostess receive?

Temptations Parties does suggest that our consultant offer their hosts/hostesses a "shopping credit" of 10% based upon their party's product sales. For instance, if a host's product sales total are $250, the consultant would offer her 10% of this total ($25) in credit towards her shopping experience.
