A list of functions or task to be delegated to the PA, the time, place and manner of supervision and direction you will provide, list of locations where the PA will work, indicate if the PA will be prescribing or dispensing scheduled or unscheduled drugs, and a list of any categories will not be permitted to prescribe  more
