What is 3-PLY ENGINEERED WOOD FLOORS?
Our 3-Ply Engineered wood floors look like solid wood from the top, but it is made up of three layers. The top layer is real hardwood (Oak, Maple or Bamboo) of thickness of 5/32″ by sliced cut. The other two wood layers (Poplar, softwood) are less attractive and less expensive, but are also stable. The layers are glued together by environment-protected glue with their grain running in opposite directions, which reduces the amount of expansion and contraction. Why Country Wood Flooring?
