WHAT IS 3COMS POLICY ON PRODUCT FOUND TO BE DEAD OR DEFECTIVE ON ARRIVAL (DOA)?

0

A product is considered Dead on Arrival (DOA) when it exhibits a defect in materials or workmanship or completely fails to function within the first forty-eight (48) hours of installation, but no later than thirty days (30) after the date of purchase. DOA product is eligible for an advance hardware replacement, shipped to the customer within four business days. A Repair Request (RMA) will be assigned for the return of the defective product and 3Com will assume the return shipping cost using a specified carrier. You will be asked to provide a contingent purchase order or credit card number for the list price of the item, but no billing will occur as long the defective item is received by 3Com within fifteen (15) days. Please return all items that were packed with the defective product including cables, manuals, and software.
