When you can’t get through to someone you are calling because the line is busy, Busy Redial will keep trying for 30 minutes until your call gets through. Once your call is about to connect, you’ll be alerted to pick up the phone with a special ring. To use this service, you will be charged $0.75 per call on your monthly bill.
