What is a Bank Routing number?
The bank routing number is the nine (9) digit number on the bottom of your personal checks and is used to identify your banking institution. The routing number begins with 0,1,2 or 3. Some credit unions have a separate routing number for ACH transactions. If you bank with a credit union, check with your bank staff if you suspect this number is different than the one on your personal checks. If this number is not entered correctly we will not be able to fund your loan using ACH transfer.
